What is the "Custom Design Overlay"?Customization of the Overlay is included in all our photo booth services. Our team will make a customized design overlay depending on the color scheme/theme of your event. Once you provide the details that we asked in designing the template, our team can start working on it and we will send you two-three overlays for you to choose from. There is also unlimited revision until you are satisfied with the template.

Do we get a digital copy of the videos taken?After the event, we will email you with a link to download all the videos taken.

Are you going to display our pictures online to the public?Yes we do use the pictures/videos on our social media pages and website but if you wish to keep your pictures and videos private please let us know.

Do we get to meet the person staffing our event before the event?We cannot identify in advance who will be the available attendant on your event. We'll make sure that the attendant is professionally trained and dressed appropriately.

Do you give the name and cell phone of the attendant you are sending?Yes. We can give the details a week before the event.

Is there a deposit?A non-refundable reservation/admin fee in the amount of $100.00 is required to secure your booking and is due to hold your event date. You can make this payment automatically through our online booking system. The remaining amount is due at the time of setup. If you would like the option to setup a payment plan before your due date please contact us directly.

Are props included? If so, what types?Yes, props are included but Money Gun, Confetti Poppers, and Bubble Machine Gun not included and will be an additional cost.

What forms of Payment do you accept?Cash, Cash App, and Zelle only

What will you need to set up?We will need a 12x12 space but at least a 10x10 space and to be by an electrical outlet.
